The Research and the Project

The session presents the main results of the five research units of the Emp&Co project. Starting from a general overview, it introduces the specific pillars: the development of calling, the engagement of students in Higher Education, the learning outcomes of internship experience, the pedagogical value of guidance, the importance of employability for the transition towards the labour market.

La sessione presenta i principali risultati delle cinque Unità di Ricerca che hanno lavorato al Progetto Emp&Co. A partire da una presentazione generale, vengono introdotte le specifiche direttrici: lo sviluppo della calling, il coinvolgimento degli studenti nella didattica in Higher Education, i risultati di apprendimento dell’esperienza di tirocinio, la valenza pedagogica dell’orientamento, l’importanza dello sviluppo di employability per la transizione verso il mondo del lavoro.
